Monitoring & Rebooting

When you are much too busy working on your site or developing your web applications, you scarcely have time to monitor what is happening with the virtual server – if it is overloaded or whether all the tasks are running okay. With our Administration Services solution, we’ll do this instead of you. Your virtual server will be included in our custom–developed server monitoring software system and if ever there is a sign of a problem, our system administrators will be warned straight away.

Weekly Backups

To manually back up a Linux Virtual Private Server is not the easiest process on earth. You will either have to use a separate server or your home computer, or, alternatively utilize a third–party software. We offer a much simpler and easier way with our Administration Services offer. We will make a complete backup copy of your VPS every week, so you never have to be worried about losing key info. And we can retrieve a backup copy really quickly. All the backups are stored on a special server with a RAID array of hard drives, so if anything happens to any part of your stored content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server offers you a nearly endless set of possibilities, you will sometimes need to install additional pieces of software. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can help you out. It is an essential part of our Administration Services package, which permits you to demand any of our practiced server administrators to install and configure any software app and to solve any problem that you are experiencing with your VPS.

The Administration Services deal comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers. It is an optional feature with the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
