Catch-all Emails in Shared Hosting
In case you host a domain name on our cloud web hosting platform and you’ve got a shared hosting account, you will be able to activate the catch-all functionality for any email mailbox that you set up under the domain. The Email Manager section of the Hepsia Control Panel offers quite a lot of functions, but it’s stunningly easy to use, so setting up a catch-all mailbox takes just one mouse click. All the email addresses that you’ve got will be enumerated in this section in alphabetical order and you’ll simply have to click on the "Catch-all" button for the given email address. Our system will notify you if there’s already another catch-all mailbox enabled for that domain name or if the one that you’d like to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding activated, so you can either turn off the latter feature or select another mailbox. Disabling the catch-all feature is just as simple and requires yet another mouse click on the same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
The catch-all functionality can be activated effortlessly if you’ve got a semi-dedicated server plan with us. All the email addresses that you have created with the domain names hosted in the account will be enumerated in the Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section and you’ll notice a tiny logo handily located directly next to each one. With just one click of the mouse, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your desire provided that there isn't another mailbox under that same domain name with this option already activated and there isn't active email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on a mailbox and enable the feature using the menu that will pop up. In case any of the prerequisites for setting up a catch-all mailbox is not fulfilled, our system will let you know, but will not replace or deactivate anything automatically.
